Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, labels, and tags are intact
⚠️ Custom-made, bulk, or personalized orders are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-manufactured apparel based on client specifications
- Bulk or wholesale orders approved before production
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without prior approval
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:

- Clear images of the issue
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned goods
- Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Or original payment method (if applicable)
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:

- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.
Shipping Costs
